February 27 draw through Saskatchewan’s Express Entry immigration sub-category issued 83 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination Saskatchewan has invited 83 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence in a draw held February 27. Those invited had an Expression of Interest, or EOI, registered under Saskatchewan’s International Skilled Worker Express Entry sub-category, which allows the province to nominate candidates in the federal Express Entry system for Canadian permanent residence.
